California & Sheepskin Huts - 20th June 2026

Ray took a group of 11 vehicles through Wollemi National Park and Yengo National Park travelling down Commissioners Road and California Trail, making their way to California Hut and onto Sheepskin Hut. After lunch at the hut, the group headed to Howes Trail where they navigated rocky terrain on their way to Finchley Lookout. Arriving at the lookout after dusk, the group headed toward home in the dark which was a new experience for many.
