Clean Up Australia Day 2026

Several of our members showed up with gloves, rubbish bags and trailers to assist clean up in the Wallaroo State Forest, just north of Raymond Terrace. It was extremely successful with the crew removing many tyres, several burnt cars as well as several trailer loads of garbage. Just one of the ways our Club demonstrates our respect for the bush.

Several of our members showed up with gloves, rubbish bags and trailers to assist the clean up in the Wallaroo State Forest, just north of Raymond Terrace. It was extremely successful with the crew removing 21 tonnes of rubbish, including 12 cars and 50 tyres. It was the largest tonnage removed since 2019 - just one example of how our Club demonstrates our respect for the bush.
